Customer Service Coordinator

Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their time on a full-time basis. Looking to hire right away! 

In this role your responsibilities include:

• Assigning customer accounts for their entire order life cycle (from new customer set-up, order entry/modification, escalations; responsibilities might include logistics management) to ensure orders are shipped to agreed deadline;

• You will be the point-of-contact for customers across multiple departments. You will be processing and fulfilling customer orders. Assisting customer throughout the whole process.

• Request support from the next appropriate level of customer support for complex escalations/issues providing documentation throughout the process.

• Maintain accurate records of all internal and external interactions in the appropriate database/system (Salesforce);

• Resolve complex customer inquiries and act as an expert while providing timely and informative responses.

• Ensure all parties comply with export polices and relevant legislation;

• Act as liaison between the customer and warehouse/dispatch;

• Additional responsibilities include rebate processing and customer claims.
